So this week on Monday night we decided to teach how to do a headstand.
Headstands improve upper body strength, increases circulation, helps with depression, improves digestion and increases core strength.
It was great fun and everyone had a go.
Our classes at hartleyheys are for all abilities, males or female.
Monday – 6pm St Mary’s Hall, Sabden, Ribble valley
Tuesday- 7.15pm St Peters Church, Simonstone, Ribble Valley
New – Wednesday 9.30am Lowerhouse Cricket Club, Padiham, Burnley
