Runners. Yoga is good you!

This is a great article in runners world. As most of you know we are both runners and the benefits of yoga are enormous. They keep you supple and you can’t strengthen muscles that don’t function properly.

New Yoga class for beginners

Wednesday 6.30pm St Mary’s Church Hall, Sabden. This is for 6 weeks and is £40.

You just need to bring a mat 🧘🏻‍♀️
