Ever wanted to try Pilates but didn’t want to attend an established class!!
Starting on the Wednesday 4th September 6 -7pm, we are holding a Pilates Class for beginners. We have 2 teachers throughout the 6 week course to guide you through each exercise.
We start with the basics of breathing correctly, pelvic floor engagement then carry this learning into simple exercises that you can also do at home.
Pilates concentrates on core stability, pelvic floor health for men and women, strength and flexibility. It conditions the entire body and is great for all ages and abilities.
We have space for 18 people.
All you need is a mat ( we have 3 spares mats)
