We believe that “Movement is Great Medicine for the Body” however not just for the body, but the mind as well. It allows you to de-stress and reset what life, sends your way.
We have over 20 years teaching experience and our Pilates & Yoga journey started 5 years ago. We set off on a 2 week intensive Pilates course in London, we learnt so much in these 2 weeks, firstly that Julia had no core strength and secondly that a lot of practice and support can allow you to follow your passions. Two years later after much persuading by Vicky, we embarked on our Yoga teacher training and we both fell in love with this practice.
Over a short period of time we have embarked on numerous adventures – Yoga, Pilates and Spa Days at the Dunkenhalgh Hotel. Yoga & Pilates Holiday to Tuscany, the feed back was very humbling. We have workshops planned and hopefully very soon we will be going on-line so you can workout whilst on holiday or if you can’t make a class.
We have found Pilates and Yoga complements our other professions of Sports Therapy and Sports Massage and feel we can give a deeper insight to our students on how the body works.
We both believe that Pilates & Yoga can take you on a journey of self discovery and we are very passionate teachers who strive to help their students achieve their best version of themselves.
Vicky has 20 years of teaching experience, this has ranged from step classes, legs bums & tums to body pump. Her vast knowledge of exercises and the general public gives her a great insight on how to get out clients to achieve exercises/poses that not long ago they would have felt was impossible.

Julia has 5 years teaching experience with her degree in Sports Therapy has a deep understanding of how the body works. She has a passion for pelvic floor health in both men and women and attributes this to many problems that can be found in today’s society.

We are both love endurance sports of swimming, cycling and running and at the weekends you can often find us doing something many would call bonkers.
