We’ve linked with local fitness and health professionals and will draw on their expertise to bring you the tools you need to help you get through this difficult time. We aim to bring you a day to not only lift your spirits, but to educate and inspire.

Can’t make it live or want to re-watch?

Once the day has concluded, we will be putting all the videos into a private Facebook group. Feel free to watch and enjoy any and all of the sessions as part of our Virtual Retreat day.
