Our Spring Wellness Day has been planned with you in mind, with the aim of equipping you with the tools you need to live a healthier and happier life. We’ve linked with other local professionals and will draw on their expertise and experience to bring you the tools you need as the world begins to open up more.

Alex Hartley PROFESSIONAL Cricketer – Have you struggled with mental health during the lockdown ? Alex joins us for a Mental Health Wellness Masterclass. giving tips for mental health robustness
Do you desire the perfect spring wardrobe? Marianne from Precious (Whalley) brings to us this years – Springs Wardrobe Essentials
Cooking Lunch Together with Kerry Lonsdale – Join in the healthy cooking class, we are making chicken and vegetable soup and tomato sauce which can be used as a base for many dishes. Learn about portion sizes.
Get your feet ready for spring with Nicola Seddon, as she shows us how to take care of our feet and paint our nails.
Pelvic Floor Health – How many people have pelvic floor problems? In this session Julia Hartley will explain how pelvic floor weakness can affect your health and show you how easy it is to start regaining control of your pelvic floor health.
Live fitness classes whether you’re a fitness bunny or a newbie, join our live fitness classes and find out how regular exercise can increase your confidence and inspire you to a life of wellbeing. Do as much or as little as you want, our expert instructors will be on-hand to guide you through the classes and showing you how you can keep fit from home.

For the extremely low price of £30, you can join all of our planned sessions.

Once the day is concluded, we will putting the videos for you all to watch in our private facebook group . Please feel free to watch the videos and enjoy any and all of the sessions as part of our Spring Wellness Day. Please note that these will expire within 2 weeks of them being posted.
